Town of Antrim – Board of Selectmen
Meeting Minutes
August 19, 2009
The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by Chairman of the Board of Selectmen Stephen Schacht outside the Bishop residence at 10 White Birch Point Road.
Members Present: Steven Schacht, Gordon Webber, and Michael Genest
Staff Present: None
Media Present: None
The Board of Selectmen met with residents Paula and Bill Bishop and walked the road where concerns have been raised about the drainage. The Bishops feel that there have been changes made over time to the road affecting their property. The Bishops said that they and the Highway Department have tried to work together to minimize the problems.
Selectmen review the site and decided to discuss the issue at there next regular meeting and get back to the Bishops.
There being no further business, the Board decided by consensus to adjourn at 4:20 p.m.
